Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute (PRI) and
PRI Online are your preferred sources for professional education. PRI is the exclusive sponsor in PA of the
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) program.
You can rely on PRI and PRI Online because they’re owned and operated by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and licensed by the PA Real Estate Commission and the PA Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
All Pennsylvania real estate licensees are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education (CE) credit every two years. Individuals licensed on or after 12/01/2007 are required to take 14 hours of CE in specific, mandatory, Commission-approved topics. Learn more about

Discovering Commercial Real Estate is available for REALTOR
® members through the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of the National Association of REALTORS
®. The course is designed for residential real estate practitioners who have limited knowledge about commercial real estate and want to learn more. This course should provide the information needed to decide whether to seek additional, advanced education in order to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
Note: This is a professional development course and is not approved for continuing education credit in Pennsylvania.
PRI School Policies
The Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute has guidelines that must be followed in order to comply with the State Real Estate Commission. Students must attend 90% of a course in order to receive credit, excluding lunch and planned breaks. If a student is unable to attend a course or arrive at the scheduled time, he or she must contact PRI immediately. Students must also complete all sign-in procedures in order to receive CE and/or designation credit. It is also the responsibility of the student to retain all education records including transcripts. There is a $20 charge to duplicate transcripts.
