The GRI is granted by state associations whose courses of study meet standards established by the National Association of REALTORS®. The Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute (PRI) is the exclusive sponsor of the GRI in Pennsylvania.

To earn the GRI designation, candidates must complete 5 required courses and choose 2 *elective courses.

• Courses can be taken in any order but the program must be completed within 5 years of the start date.
• Each course includes a written exam, which must be passed with a grade of at least 70%.
