She is Past-President of the Fayette Board of REALTORS®, where she was honored as “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2002 and 2003.

LouAnn is a member of the WestPenn Multi List and the Cambria/Somerset Association of REALTORS®

On the state level, LouAnn has served as a member of the Board of Directors, the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, the Convention Advisory & Marketing Group, Legislative Committee, Chair of the Professionalism Task Force, Chair of the Organizational Standards Review Task Force, Screening Committee, Standard Forms Oversight Committee and Professional Standards Task Force. This year, she serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Convention Advisory & Marketing Group, Land Use & Local Issues Subcommittee and Legislative Committee.

Outside of Northwood’s doors, LouAnn is serving as secretary of the Somerset County Builders Association, which she has been actively involved in since 2008. She is also an avid supporter of the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce.

LouAnn has two married children, Laura and Matthew, and a grandson, Christian.
